Before any return you must notify us by email at ma.jewels@yahoo.com or instagram @majewelss. Product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. In case of product return after 14 days, no refund is made. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the purchase receipt or invoice, from the country to which the order was delivered.
Any products purchased at a discount can only be returned after contacting us via email at ma.jewels@yahoo.com
